The Rector and the Church Office team (John, Maureen and Sara) were privileged to attend an assembly at St Mary's School on Wednesday (29th June) all about the power of prayer. The children (and the Church Office staff!!) were all spellbound as the team from Woking's Schools Christian Action Team used the modern appeal of the text message to introduce their fun assembly all about how prayer can enrich your life. The SCAT team then taught the children a song about using prayer as a telephone to talk to God - lovely! |

Thank you to all those in the parish who delivered and collected envelopes on behalf of Christian Aid recently. This year £840.55 was raised. |

Worship on Tuesday (WOT) and Worship on Wednesday (WOW) - all welcome for some mid-week music, praise and fellowship, in Church from 8pm. To predict these meetings for your diary, Worship on Tuesday follows the first Sunday in the month, and Worship on Wednesday follows the third. Simple! |

Baptisms and weddings are joyous occasions - particularly if they happen at St Mary's! If you would like to arrange a Baptism for your child or you are planning a wonderful wedding, please contact the Church Office on 01932 346605 in the first instance and Church Co-ordinator, Sara Cushing, will respond to your call.
